O God Almighty, look at Your Servant Archbishop Eduard Profittlich, S.J., who throughout his life defended the faith of the Church and showed You his faithfulness through the testimony of martyrdom. Help us always, even in the greatest difficulties, to remain faithful to our faith, trusting Your will in everything. O Lord, look at Eduard Profittlich, the Servant of God, who participated in Your suffering and bore Your cross. Under his intercession, help us to forgive with all our heart and soul those who hurt us; to love those who persecute us and your holy Church, and to pray for those who put obstacles in the way of our holiness. May the Virgin Mary and the Servant of God Eduard Profittlich be the defenders of us and the Church of Maarjamaa. Allow us to forgive those who hurt us as sincerely as Your Servant forgave all his persecutors. Amen.

O Jesus Christ, listen to our prayers as we pray to you under the intercession of Eduard Profittlich, the Servant of God, who remained faithful to death. Help us to be faithful and true to Your Love in all things because You are Love. Allow us to love each other as You have loved us. Do not let us fall into despair, temptation, the power of evil. Allow us to trust Your will in everything. May Mary, the mother of God, whom You have given us as Mother, protect us and Eduard Profittlich, the Servant of God, defend us. Amen.
