Bishop Philippe Jourdan

Bishop Philippe Jourdan is the apostolic administrator of the Roman Catholic Church in Estonia. He was ordained a bishop in September 2005. He holds a degree in engineering (Paris) and theology (Rome). He was ordained a priest of the Roman Catholic Church in 1988, worked as a chaplain at the University of Paris from 1988 to 1992, and was a clergyman from 1992 to 1996 at the Prelature of Opus Dei in France. Bishop Philippe Jourdan is the person responsible for the process of beatification of the Servant of God Eduard Profittlich, S.J.

Marge – Marie Paas

Marge-Marie Paas graduated from Tallinn University in 2017 with a doctorate with Professor of Philosophy Tõnu Viik. She has been a long-time associate at the Roman Catholic Church in Estonia and was responsible for the communication and press relations of Pope Francis’ entire visit to Estonia in 2018. Marge-Marie Paas is the diocesan postulator. She is also responsible for drafting the Beatification Project, Positio, and publicizing the process.

Szczepan Praśkiewicz O.C.D.

Szczepan Praśkiewicz, O.C.D., was born in 1958 in Chmielnik, Poland. He is a Carmelite, a theologian, and a journalist. Rev. Szczepan Tadeusz Praśkiewicz, O.C.D. Mons. Praśkiewicz has been with the Congregation since July 2020. His task is to oversee all the work of compiling the Profittlich’s Positio and later forward it to the Theological Commission.

Pascual Cebollada, S.J.

Pascual Cebollada, S.J. Pascual Cebollada is the general postulator of the Society of Jesus. Father Cebollada was born in 1960, joined the Society of Jesus in 1978, and was ordained a priest in 1989. After obtaining a degree in philosophy and theology from the Pontifical University of Madrid, he defended his doctoral thesis in theology in 1993 at the Sèvres Center in Paris. He is currently a member of the editorial board of the Manresa journal on spirituality and director of the CONFER journal of the Spanish Conference on Religion. Father Pascual is the Roman postulator of the process of beatification at the Society of Jesus in Rome and mediates communication with the Congregation for the Causes of Saints and directs the writing of Positio.
